For Isabel's birthday I was commissioned to make moussaka, which I had never done before. And it was awesome! (and I don't even LIKE aubergines)

Starry and I went for dim sum the other day and one of the dishes was sticky rice and prawn rolls cut so they looked EXACTLY like fried aubergines despite having nothing to do with them - we dubbed them FAUXBERGINES.
