Its context is what makes it hilarious: Eno's twitters consist of a link or two, a thank you or two, many many many gnomic utterances, and then POP! a very efficient expression of hatred.

those 'gnomic utterances' are mostly oblique strategies: they make me wish i could get twitter as texts, because they'd be fantastic popping up on your phone at unexpected moments.

not sure about all of them, but some of them are definitely already-on-a-card ones, or at least "used on the osx oblique strategies widget" ones.

but yeah saying fuck off to alan mcgee is pretty much the ideal oblique strategy.
